I loved that the hotel is right in downtown Villa de Alvarez, making it super easy to walk to local highlights like the Plaza De Toros La Petatera, which is only about 0.5 km away, and I found the spacious rooms to be comfy with enjoyable amenities like AC and a great restaurant.

I truly appreciated the great location right in downtown Villa de Alvarez. The hotel area felt safe, and the staff was super helpful, even holding our luggage until check-in. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and AC. The heated pool was a highlight, though last time, it felt cooler than expected. Unfortunately, the far parking lot made it a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to the room. Also, I noticed some hairs and stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing. Wi-Fi reception on the third floor was poor, making it tough to stay connected during my two-night stay. I enjoyed the restaurant's meals, although it would be nice to see some improvements in coffee quality and service speed. Overall, the property is lovely, but focusing on cleanliness and additional amenities would really elevate the experience.

First, the Wi-Fi reception on the third floor is horrendous!!! Second, the drainage in the shower is dismal. water just sits there. Third, please improve the coffee consistency in the restaurant for a better experience!!!
