The pool area was great, although it could have been warmer .

Wi-Fi reception was quite poor on the third floor, making it difficult to stay connected.

It was an amazing stay, great place. The hotel was fairly clean and the room was air-conditioned and clean. The breakfast offered a huge variety of good meals.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were ugly.

Greatly enjoyed a safe box, TV set and a writing table in the room. Staff was super really kind. Its location just a short walk away from La Campana was marvellous.

The pool was a letdown, but the room was spacious and comfy.

I loved that the hotel is right in downtown Villa de Alvarez, making it super easy to walk to local highlights like the Plaza De Toros La Petatera, only about 0.5 km away, and I found the spacious rooms to be comfy with enjoyable amenities like AC and a great restaurant.

I appreciated the great location right in downtown Villa de Alvarez. The hotel area felt safe, and the staff was super helpful, even holding our luggage until check-in. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and AC. The heated pool was a highlight, though last time, it felt cooler than expected. Unfortunately, the far parking lot made it a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to the room. I noticed some hairs and stains on the bed sheets, disappointing. Wi-Fi reception on the third floor was poor. I enjoyed the restaurant's meals, although it would be nice to see some improvements in coffee quality and service speed. The hotel is lovely, but focusing on cleanliness and additional amenities would really elevate the experience.

First, the Wi-Fi reception on the third floor is horrendous!!! Second, the drainage in the shower is dismal. Water just sits there. Third, please improve the coffee consistency in the restaurant for a better experience!!!

Comfortable room, and great amenities. I appreciated the clean space, particularly the heated pool, and the convenient location near the plaza allows easy access to local vendors.

Concierge plaza la villa exceeded my expectations during this stay. The location made exploring the area super easy, and the delicious breakfasts were a great start to my mornings. I loved the spacious rooms with a relaxing break.

But I've gotta say, the shower was, let's just say, a bit chillier than I prefer. If only they heated the water, perhaps I'd have actually hit the pool for a dip!
